Reasons for face data

• Artwork Generation Only: Any images uploaded by users to our website are used solely for the purpose of generating AI profile pictures. These images are treated as confidential and are not used for any machine learning. Also they are not shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.

The length of time face data is stored

• User facial data is utilized only during a specific time frame. Once this period expires, the data is promptly erased to ensure privacy and security
• For web users: Images uploaded are temporarily held in the browser cache only for the duration of the session, aiding in the generation of AI profile pictures. This data is automatically purged from the cache when the browser session ends or the browser is closed, safeguarding user privacy.
• For app users: Facial data is primarily stored on the user device within the app local storage. Deleting the app from your device will also remove any stored facial data. Additionally, a temporary cache of the facial image is maintained on our server. However, if there is no request for user data regeneration within 24 hours, this data is automatically deleted to maintain data security and user privacy.
• User Consent: By using our services, users acknowledge and consent to these terms regarding the handling and treatment of their images.

Image Retention and Retrieval

• Non-Retrieval of Images: Users are advised that images created using our service cannot be retrieved once the creation session has ended. We encourage users to save their images locally immediately after creation to avoid any loss of data.
• Storage Policy: We do not provide storage services for images created or uploaded by users. As such, we do not hold any responsibility for the storage or backup of user-generated content.

How we share information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as outlined below:

• With service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us.
